This is a Level 3 event
Come and explore the world of night photography with some wonderful, if slightly surreal, sculptures to create a foreground. During this class we will start in the golden hour, shoot sunset and continue into the blue hour.
As darkness falls we will switch over to light painting and play with some creative effects. Finally, once the sky is full dark, we will turn our attention to the heavens and shoot the Milky Way. For those brave souls determined not to sleep at all we can finish by creating star trails.
An itinerary and a list of items to bring will be provided via email upon registration.

What does a Level 3 event mean?
Each of our events lists a recommended level of experience (1-3). By categorizing our events using this method, we hope to better inform you of what you need to know and how to best prepare so that you can get the most out of your attendance.
A level 3 event means that the instruction provided will be fast-paced and focus heavily on theory and application of advanced techniques and methods. Attendees should be proficient with all camera function and software that will be used in the class or workshop. Tier level knowledge 1-2 required.
Please Note: Anyone is welcome to attend any class level, however, the pace and content may not be at your current skill level. If this is the case, please expect to attend with the expectation to observe rather than engage. As with all of our educational events, we will always make every effort to accommodate all attendees regardless of their experience level.
